The thesis develops the theoretical approaches of the mechanism of the digital transformation of national economy development management and information-analytical support of strategic analysis of the digital transformation of national economy development management. The methodological approach of the assessment of the digital transformation of national economy development management is improved. It is based on the development of a methodology of the index of the national economy digital transformation process. The concept of the digital transformation of national economy development management is improved. It provides the creation of a secure digital space and digital interaction for the subjects of socio-political-economic system by the principles of system digitalization in new dimensions of state policy vectors. The scientific approach of substantiation of the strategic direction of the digital transformation of national economy development management based on cognitive modeling and a method of pair comparisons is improved. The mechanism of the digital transformation of national economy development management which includes system of the state regulators of the digital transformation processes, the state policy in the area of digitalization, methods of regulation, means of regulation is improved. By defining the system of institutions of influence and impact measures the institutional support of the process of the digital transformation of national economy development management is developed.
