Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the technology of construction of monitoring of regional resources on the basis of ranking of information systems of management of territories. The existing models, methods and technologies of spatial information processing are analyzed. Models of conversion of archival spatially distributed information to updated standards and classification and coding by unification with ranking of components of information interaction, production model with technology of parallel calculations for reproduction of the missed spatially distributed information in the subject environment, model of automation and visualization of documents are developed. Approbation of the developed information technology on the example of separate parts of the territories of the city of Kharkiv and the village of Kotlyary is carried out.
