This thesis seeks to research theoretical positions, develop methodical recommendations and practical offers concerning transformation of interaction of governing bodies of a joint-stock company in modern conditions. It identifies and describes the main theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "interaction". The areas in the field of public life are identified and researched, which differently interpret the concept of "interaction", in particular, natural, philosophical, sociological, psychological, economic and managerial. The interpretation by various researchers of the definition of "interaction" in certain areas of its consideration is systematized and generalized. The key features on which scientists rely during its interpretation are singled out. Own interpretations of the term "interaction" in each area are created. Key features of interaction are defined and generalized. Elements of the epistemological field of the concept of "interaction" as an economic category and object of management, in particular, conditions, types, forms, mechanism, stages, motives, strategies, styles, principles, modes of implementation, obstacles are selected and studied. Based on previous theoretical research, conditions required for the interaction are detailed. The main obstacles that hinder it are listed. The process of interaction as the basis of corporate governance is highlighted. Some areas of consideration of the concept of "interaction" as its key component are identified. The main elements of the epistemological field of corporate governance are studied. The place and role of management of interaction of governing bodies within corporate governance are defined. Different points of view on understanding the essence of a joint-stock company are generalized. The following aspects are listed and systematized: the main reasons for the creation of such companies, their specific characteristics, positive and negative features. Separate governing bodies of the joint-stock company and possible models of their construction are singled out. The purposes of creation of separate governing bodies are defined. Their rights, duties and responsibilities within joint-stock company are systematized. The peculiarities of their decision-making process are analyzed. The substantive essence of interaction of governing bodies of joint-stock company is described. The main types of interactions of the governing bodies of joint-stock company are singled out and their scope is analyzed. Peculiarities of interaction of governing bodies of joint-stock company are defined. Specific conditions of interaction of governing bodies are singled out. The definition of such concept as "interaction of governing bodies of joint-stock company" is formed.
