The dissertation is devoted to the decision of questions of increase of efficiency of technological processes (TP) of technical maintenance (TM) of tractors KhTZ at the expense of a substantiation of rational production structure and specialization of firm points technical maintenance (PTM). In the dissertation work the technique of modeling of TP TM, the heuristic algorithm and the software of its realization on the computer which is universal and enables research of any TP executed on stationary posts is developed on the basis of theoretical positions. The interdependencies of parameters and indicators of efficiency of TP TM of KhTZ tractors performed at stationary posts, both in the case of mono-, and multi-subject and polytechnological specialization are established. Parametric series of production structures of PTM of different productivity are formed. The given technological costs for the implementation of different types of technical maintenance of KhTZ tractors of different traction classes both in the joint and in separate technological flows are calculated. The expediency of using multidisciplinary polytechnological specialization is substantiated. The expected economic effect from the implementation of research results in production is determined.
