Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of environmental aspects of public procurement in the national legislation of Ukraine and EU standards. The thesis contains a theoretical generalization of environmental and legal regulation of public procurement in domestic legislation in accordance with EU standards in terms of sustainable development. The historical and legal preconditions for the Ukraine public procurement greening within the framework of European integration development are considered. The expediency consideration of the theoretical and legal category «public procurement greening» introducing is substantiated. The content and features of the modern Ukraine ecological policy in the conditions of the state European integration and in the context of achievement of the sustainable development purposes are revealed. The correlation of the national legislation environmental aspects in the field of public procurement and the EU acquis is determined. The institutional and functional support of environmental component in Ukraine and the EU public procurement is described.
