Object is the processes of accounting, budgeting, analysis and internal control of wages in enterprises. The purpose is to develop scientific and methodological provisions and provide practical recommendations for accounting and internal control of wages and its promotion in bakery enterprises. Methods are general and special research methods: observation, analysis and synthesis, system and complex approach, generalization, questionnaires and surveys, system approach, methods of analysis and synthesis, scientific abstraction, comparison. The results are realized by improving the development of organizational, methodological and technical components of accounting and control of wages and its incentives, which allows to apply a systematic approach to integrated wage accounting. The novelty is the development of theoretical, methodological and practical provisions of accounting, control of wages and its incentives, development of proposals for their improvement, simplifying procedures in the field of accounting and analytical process, increase the efficiency of information collection and use. Introduced into the activities of the Production Enterprise "Vinnytsiahlib" PJSC "Concern Khlibprom", PE "Confectionery House" SANCRUA ", PJSC" Vinnytsia Oil and Fat Plant ", in the educational processes of Vinnytsia Financial and Economic University, Polissya National University. The sphere of use is the large, medium and small enterprises.
