Melnychuk R. Administrative legal principles of prevention of corruption risks are in activity of the National Police of Ukraine

The thesis provides the concept, essence, features and types of corruption risks in police activities. The study reveals the features of implementing the administrative legal status of the National police of Ukraine in the field of corruption prevention in the police system. The modern state of affairs in public anticorruption policy is described in the field of corruption prevention in activities of police bodies (institutions, establishments). The administrative and legal basis for prevention of corruption risks in activities of the National Police of Ukraine. The study reveals the essence, features and functions of the administrative and legal framework for prevention of corruption risks in the activities of police. The study outlines the administrative and legal principles of co-operation of the National Police of Ukraine with public and private actors with regard to prevention of corruption risks in the police system. International legal acts are systematized and foreign experience in the field of prevention of corruption risks in police activities is considered. The study makes proposal concerning main areas of improving the administrative and legal principles of corruption risk prevention in the police system.
