In the dissertation at the monographic level the theoretical and practical bases of investigation of involvement of minors in illegal activity are investigated. Based on a detailed and systematic analysis, the informative content of the forensic characteristics of the criminal offense is revealed, which consistently describes the following elements: the method of committing a criminal offense, means of involving a minor in illegal activities, criminal situation, trace, identity of the victim and juvenile victim.
