Voloshchuk R. Information technology for solving problems of integrated assessment and forecasting the status of the state economic security

The dissertation is devoted to the development of information technology for quantitative assessment and forecasting of integral index of the status of economic security of the country according to statistical data in order to provide information support for effective management decisions. The method of nonlinear normalization of economic indicators has been improved due to the introduction of a new normalization function, which is smooth in the characteristic points of optimal, threshold, limit values of indicators, which allows more correctly from mathematical and economic points of view to take into account changes in their current values. An analytical method is proposed for determining the weights of branch indicators in the integral index of economic security, which is based on the use of the principal components method. A new method of forecasting the state of economic security using the integral index based on forecasts of primary indicators that characterize the areas of economic security, which ensures effective management decisions.
