Leleko A. Administrative and legal regulation of migration relations in the conditions of special migration regimes

The dissertation provides a comprehensive description and discloses the essence of administrative and legal means of ensuring the application of the rules of residence and temporary stay on the territory of Ukraine established by the state. The legal nature of such events has been investigated and disclosed. Based on the analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine, proposals have been developed to solve problematic issues in the field of migration management. It was stated that the key to the effectiveness of state management of migration processes is, first of all, the improvement of the regulatory framework, proper scientific provision of analytical information, scientifically grounded research in the migration sphere and systematization of the statistical base for recording migration.
