The thesis for the scientific degree of a Candidate of Economic Sciences in specialty 08.00.04 – Economics and Management of Enterprises (by type of economic activity). – University of Customs and Finance. – Dnipro, 2021. The content and systematized approaches to ensuring the quality of enterprise management are defined. Theoretical provisions on quality assurance of corporate governance in the aspect of activity processes harmonization of higher governing bodies of joint-stock company are generalized. The content of procedures for harmonization of interests of stakeholders as a basic criterion for determining the quality and key areas for improving corporate governance in a joint stock company. The rationale for the logic of harmonization of interests of corporate governance in a joint stock company. The components of organizational and economic quality assurance of corporate governance in a joint-stock company are determined. An analysis of the dynamics of corporate development and an assessment of the level of organization of corporate relations in joint stock companies. The general expediency of implementing a three-tier approach to assessing the quality of corporate governance in a joint stock company. The first level of assessment of the corporate governance quality is the generalization of the characteristics, parameters and features of corporate relations within the business environment. At the second level of corporate governance quality assessment, a set of locally applicable norms and rules (internal code) of corporate cooperation is being formed. At the third level, the assessment of the corporate governance quality is a generalization of performance indicators of the joint-stock company, the characteristics of the organizational structure and the parameters of the higher management bodies of the joint-stock company. Recommendations for improving the methodological support for a comprehensive assessment of the quality of corporate governance in a joint-stock company have been developed. An assessment of the quality of corporate governance of some joint-stock companies of the machine-building industry of Ukraine is given. The essence and substantiation of the technology of quality forming the policy of corporate governance assurance of are established. It is proved that the formation of corporate governance quality assurance in a joint-stock company covers the plane of static ordering and dynamic flexible harmonization of changes in the balance of representation and satisfaction of corporate interests in accordance with the situational transformation of the company and the distribution of corporate control and economic power. An approach has been developed to improve the technology of development and implementation of corporate governance quality assurance policy based on the subjective-reflexive awareness of stakeholders of the expected results of cooperation. A methodical approach to support the investment affiliation of a joint-stock company in terms of ensuring the quality of corporate governance has been developed. To support the investment affiliation of the joint-stock company in terms of quality assurance of corporate governance on the basis of calculations in the work evaluated the impact of four identified compositions on the maintenance of investment affiliation of joint-stock companies using a set of regression multifactor models. Proposals have been developed for the formation of a set of measures to support the investment affiliation of a joint-stock company depending on the level of quality of corporate governance in the joint-stock company. Improved provisions for the development and implementation of motivational tools to ensure the quality of corporate governance. The expediency of using the tools of differentiated through functional-role ranking approach to bonus-premium incentives for senior management and staff of the company in connection with improving the quality of corporate governance is substantiated. It is proved that functional-role ranking makes it possible to develop recommendations for optimizing the organizational structure of corporate governance and to form a reflective awareness of employees of career prospects and increase material incentives.
