The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical-methodical and applied bases of management of development of administrative personnel of the agricultural enterprises. The essential and substantive characteristics of the development of management staff in the system of its management are identified. Theoretical bases of application of means of functional training of administrative personnel in the system of its development are substantiated. Methodical bases of the organization and estimation of efficiency of use of administrative personnel of the enterprise of agro-industrial production are defined. Trends in the development and use of systems and tools for the development of management personnel by the subjects of economic relations. Peculiarities of formation of systems of development of administrative personnel, its functional preparation and transformation of the offer in the market of educational services are outlined. The organizational bases of integration of tools of development of administrative personnel in management of the enterprises of agro-industrial production are identified. The architectonics of the mechanism of management personnel development in the enterprise management system is substantiated. The priority directions of development of managerial staff in modern conditions are determined. Progressive and innovative organizational decisions in the field of tools for the development of management personnel of enterprises have been identified. The conceptual principles of construction and operation of the mechanism of functional training of management personnel integrated into the management system of the enterprise are substantiated. improving the professionalism of management staff, creating conditions for career growth of motivated management staff, as well as monitoring the economic efficiency of these activities and the main activities of the enterprise.
