On the basis of doctrinal and regulatory sources, the concept and types of JFO participants in Ukraine are disclosed, the author's definition of the concepts «ATO participant» and «JFO participant» is provided, the types of JFO participants in Ukraine are determined. General theoretical approaches to the definition of social rights of JFO participants in Ukraine are revealed and their classification is carried out. The legal regulation of ensuring the social rights of participants in the Joint Forces Operation in Ukraine is analyzed. The features of the legal regulation of the right to work, education, recreation, housing, and medical support have been investigated. The analysis of international normative acts is carried out and the legal basis for ensuring social rights at the international level is determined. The foreign experience in ensuring the social rights of war veterans is analyzed, as a result it is found that the United States of America is an effective system for ensuring the social rights of war veterans. The administrative and legal support of the social rights of the participants in the Joint Forces Operation in Ukraine is investigated, its structural elements are determined. The object and subjects of administrative and legal support of the social rights of the participants in the Joint Forces Operation in Ukraine have been disclosed, and the classification of these subjects has been carried out. The article considers guarantees and means of administrative and legal support of social rights of the participants in the Joint Forces Operation in Ukraine as elements of the specified mechanism. Topical problems of administrative and legal support of social rights of participants in the Joint Forces Operation in Ukraine are highlighted and ways of their solution are outlined. Proposals have been formulated to improve administrative and legal support.
