Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the issues of increasing the efficiency of the process of unloading the cut mass in the unloading channel of the forage harvester by substantiating the parameters and modes of operation of the cut mass accelerator: an analytical model of the motion of the cut mass fraction along the rotating blade of the cut mass accelerator is proposed, which establishes the relationship between the design parameters and the trajectory of the particle motion along the blade plane; a regression model is established that connects the specific energy consumption of the cut mass accelerator and its design parameters (circular velocity of the blade ends, the angle of the blades to the radial direction, the number of blades and the gap between the casing and the blade ends); the obtained dependences which establish the consumption of specific energy by the accelerator of the cut mass of the unloading channel of the forage harvester on humidity, weighted average length of cutting and supply of cut mass; the dependence which establishes conditions of movement of a particle without braking by its blades of the accelerator of the cut mass is received; research results are implemented in production.
