Theoretical generalization and new scientific problem solution, which is to define the nature and features of administrative and legal frameworks of the liability for air space management violation by unmanned aerial vehicles, to characterize the definition and elements of the legal liability, that consequently made it possible to establish a range of new scientific provisions and findings, aimed at the improvement of administrative legislation, the regulations of which determine the legal frameworks of liability in the research /area. The genesis of administrative and legal support of air space management by unmanned aerial vehicles has been developed; unmanned aerial vehicles as the subjects of air space management have been characterized; the concept and types of legal liability for air space management violation by unmanned aerial vehicles have been established; legal regulation of liability for air space management violation by unmanned aerial vehicles has been studied and the place of the administrative regulations in it has been determined; grounds and conditions of liability for air space management violation by unmanned aerial vehicles have been defined; a procedure of liability of subjects of aviation activity for air space management violation by unmanned aerial vehicles has been explained; foreign experience of legal liability for air space management violation by unmanned aerial vehicles has been generalized and the possibilities of its exploitation in Ukraine have been elaborated; the areas for improvement of administrative legislation have been defined, the provisions of which define legal liability frameworks for air space management violation by unmanned aerial vehicles.
