Honcharuk B. Methodic of investigating an offer, promise or giving an improper benefit to an official

The dissertation research is devoted to the general and special scientific substantiation and formation of a technique of investigation of the offer, the promise or granting of illegal benefit to the official. The current scientific and theoretical principles of implementation and organizational and legal aspects of the implementation of this forensic methodology in the context of anti-corruption policies of Ukraine are considered. The criminal law and forensic characteristics of the offer, promise or illegal benefit to the official are clarified. Emphasis is placed on the key features of the relevant offenses - the subject of the crime, the method of committing the crime and the identity of the offender. The statistical properties of the corresponding groups in the studied empirical material are clarified.
