The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is to determine the features of public administration in the field of mining, production and use of precious metals and precious stones in Ukraine with the subsequent formation of proposals to improve relevant administrative legislation. The peculiarities of the sphere of extraction, production and use of precious metals and precious stones as an object of public law administration are revealed.
