The dissertation is the first in the domestic science of labour law special comparative legal research of the procedure of the resolution of collective labour disputes (conflicts) under the legislation of Ukraine and individual foreign countries. The dissertation describes the normative basis for resolutionof collective labour disputes (conflicts) in Ukraine and individual foreign countries. The definition and moment of occurrence of collective labour disputes (conflicts) under the legislation of Ukraine and individual foreign countries were provided. The subject matter of collective labour disputes (conflicts) under the legislation of Ukraine and individual foreign countries was considered. The legal status of the parties to collective labour disputes (conflicts) under the legislation of Ukraine and individual foreign countries was determined. The stages of the conciliation procedure for resolving collective labour disputes (conflicts) under the legislation of Ukraine and individual foreign countries were described. The procedure for declaring and conducting a strike under the legislation of Ukraine and individual foreign countries was considered. Scientifically substantiated proposals for improving the current legislation of Ukraine on tire resolution of collective labour disputes (conflicts) were formulated, taking into account the positive legislative experience of individual foreign countries.
