The thesis paper deals with the definition of the nature and features of the administrative and legal framework of state policy support and implementation in the area of state financial control. This thesis shows theoretical generalization and new scientific task solution, which is to define the nature and features of administrative and legal framework of state policy ensuring and implementation in the area of state financial control, based on the review of scholarly views and current legislation of Ukraine, and on the basis of generalization of positive native and foreign experience to develop relevant proposals and recommendations, aimed to improve organizational and legal frameworks of proper activity implementation. The concept and peculiarities of the state financial control have been defined. The meaning and the content of the state policy in the field of state financial control have been determined. The aim, tasks and principles of the state policy support and implementation in the area of state financial control have been emphasized. A range of forms and methods of the state policy support and implementation in the area of state financial control have been defined. The characteristics of the legal regulation of the state policy support and implementation in the area of state financial control has been described and the place of administrative law regulations among them has been shown. The term and types of mechanisms of state policy support and implementation in the area of state financial control have been highlighted. The guaranties of the state policy support and implementation in the area of state financial control have been clarified. The system of the state policy support and implementation subjects in the area of state financial control have been defined. The perspective ways of the development of organizational and legal frameworks of state policy support and implementation in the area of state financial control have been determined. The foreign experience of state policy support and implementation in the area of state financial control has been generalized and the possibilities of its implementation in Ukraine have been analyzed.
