In the dissertation work the essence of administrative responsibility for violations in the field of public procurement is investigated. The administrative responsibility for offenses in the field of public procurement as an object of research is characterized, the legal aspects of the competence of bodies considering cases of liability for offenses in the field of public procurement are determined and the system of legal bases of prevention and counteraction of administrative offenses in the field of public procurement. The legal mechanism of regulation, preconditions for the occurrence of administrative offenses are clarified. Emphasis is placed on the administrative and legal regulation of the order of placing orders in the field of public procurement. Peculiarities of administrative liability for violation of the terms of the procurement contract are determined. Corruption manifestations accompanied by officials and officials in the field of public procurement have been identified.
