Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to a comprehensive study of the administrative and legal foundations of the participation of the Armed forces of Ukraine and ways to increase the effectiveness of their use in UN peacekeeping operations in the context of reforming its activities, the historiography and the regulatory framework of the issue are analyzed, the prospects for its further development are determined. The author’s proposals on reforming the administrative and legal regulation of the participation of the Armed forces of Ukraine in UN peacekeeping operations, increasing the effectiveness of peacekeeping missions, as well as proposals for amending the legislation of Ukraine were made in the work.
