The dissertation presents a new solution to the scientific problem of determining the theoretical and legal foundations and features of public administration to prevent corruption in Ukraine. As a result of the analysis, the scientific provisions and conclusions proposed personally by the applicant are formulated. The concept and content of public administration of corruption prevention in Ukraine is formed. The administrative and legal status of public administration entities that take measures to prevent corruption in Ukraine has been revealed. The principles of public administration activity on corruption prevention in Ukraine are identified, generalized and described. Regulatory legal and administrative acts in the field of corruption prevention are generalized. Measures of persuasion and coercion in the field of preventing corruption in Ukraine have been formed. Scientific provisions on public control in the field of prevention of corruption are revealed. The provisions of foreign experience of public administration of corruption prevention are formulated. Public administration to prevent corruption in Ukraine has been improved.
