Kravchuk I. Legal regulation of the provision of administrative services using Internet technologies

The dissertation is one of the first complex scientific work in modern domestic legal science, in which an important scientific problem is solved on the formation of theoretical and methodological provisions for the legal regulation of the provision of administrative services using Internet technologies to ensure their accessibility and quality by further developing some provisions of the theory of information rights and the formation of scientifically grounded proposals for improving legislation regarding the research topic. A general theoretical and legal characteristic is provided for the elements of the social and legal model of information interaction between subjects of the process of providing administrative services. A number of theoretical provisions on information law in the context of the provision of administrative services are methodologically substantiated, the features of information relations arising in the process of providing administrative services using Internet technologies are investigated, the definitions of the main terms of information interaction between the entities providing and receiving administrative services for their consolidation in the legislation are determined. The author considered international documents and the practice of problems of establishing effective information interaction, characterized the gaps of national legislation on the regulation of information relations for the provision of administrative services using Internet technologies. The dissertation contains suggestions for improving national legislation on the provision of administrative services using Internet technologies regarding the legal regulation of information relations.
