Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of administrative and legal regulation of local self government in Ukraine. The theoretical basis for determining and generating local budget revenues has been clarified. On the basis of historical sources, the prerequisites for the formation and development of local taxation were investigated. Based on the results of the study, well-founded ways and proposals for improving the modern system of local taxation in Ukraine are formulated.
