Essay

The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in the formation of scientifically sound proposals and recommendations for improving the public administration of the digital society in Ukraine. Formed, the concept of public administration of digital society in Ukraine as a system of principles, administrative and legal status and tools of public administration, used by general and special public administration to ensure the full rights of freedoms and interests in the field of information and public interest, combating manipulation, equitable and an effective system of government as integral factors in building confidence in public authorities. The essence and content of public administration of the digital society are clarified. The principles of public administration of the digital society in Ukraine are identified and generalized. The administrative and legal status of special subjects of public administration that carry out public administration of the digital society of Ukraine is revealed. The concept and content of tools of public administration in the field of digital society in Ukraine are formed. Finding out the peculiarities of issuing administrative acts in the digital society of Ukraine. The content of other tools of public administration of the digital society - planning, licensing, control and supervision and application of administrative sanctions is revealed. The place and role of e-government as a complex tool of public administration of digital society in Ukraine is revealed. European values, principles and standards of public administration of the digital society are identified and generalized. Directions have been improved and specific changes and additions to the current legislation have been formed to increase the fairness and efficiency of the digital society.
