Cherniuk A. Administrative liability for offenses in the process of commissioning of construction projects

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the administrative-legal basis of liability for offenses in the process of commissioning of construction projects. The development of construction in Ukraine, especially in large cities, due to socio-economic factors, has shown a large number of problems in the legislative regulation of this area. The study showed an increase in the number of offenses in the construction industry, the reason for which we consider the imperfection of both the public administration process in this area and the imperfection of the legislation itself, among which administrative legislation plays a key role. The imperfect mechanism of administrative and legal counteraction in the field of construction has led to an increase in violations in the process of commissioning of construction sites, thus creating an atmosphere of legal nihilism in such a man-made area of human life as construction. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is determined by the fact that the dissertation is one of the first comprehensive systematic studies in the domestic administrative and legal literature, devoted to the analysis of administrative and legal regulation of commissioning in Ukraine. As a result of the analysis the conclusions, recommendations and offers of perfection of improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine in system of counteraction to the given offense are formed.
