Oliinyk O. Administrative and Legal Status of the National Council on Anti-Corruption Policy

The thesis makes theoretical generalisation of and presents new solutions to the scientific problem of identifying the essence, content and specificities of the administrative and legal status of the National Council on Anti-Corruption Policy. The study enables to support a number of new scientific provisions and to make conclusions aimed at improving the administrative legislation, which establishes the legal status of the National Council on Anti-Corruption Policy. The place of the National Council on Anti-Corruption Policy in the system of actors countering corruption is established. The National Council on Anti-Corruption Policy’s legislative framework is described. The study reveals the concept, structure and specificities of the administrative and legal status of the National Council on Anti-Corruption Policy. The powers and competence of the National Council on Anti-Corruption Policy are outlined. The study defines guarantees and describes the responsibility of the National Council on Anti-Corruption Policy. The range of forms and methods of activities of the National Council on Anti-Corruption Policy is revealed. The ways of improving administrative legislation, which provides for the legal principles of implementation of the administrative and legal status of the National Council on Anti-Corruption Policy, are clarified. The foreign experience of functioning of the implementors of state anti-corruption policy is reviewed and the potentials of its application in Ukraine are processed.
