Maslov O. Principles of administrative activity of the National Police of Ukraine

For the first time, the essence and content of the principles of administrative activity of the National Police of Ukraine are comprehensively studied, problems are outlined and proposals for improving the practice of interpretation and application of domestic police legislation are formulated. The historiography of the principles of administrative activity of the National Police of Ukraine in domestic and foreign administrative and legal doctrine is established, in particular the system of general legal principles implemented in the administrative activity of the National Police of Ukraine is revealed. The definition and features of organizational and functional principles of administrative activity of the National Police of Ukraine as a component of all principles of activity of the National Police of Ukraine are formulated and outlined. The functions of intersectoral principles of administrative activity of the National Police of Ukraine are outlined. Based on the analysis of modern doctrine of administrative law and police law, branch legal literature on relevant issues and analysis of the provisions of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine, the problems of application of the principles of administrative activity of the National Police of Ukraine in practice.
