The paper highlights current problematic aspects in the field of labor relations, in particular the concept of legal liability in labor law. It is noted that due to the legal responsibility of persons for their offenses, the state provides and guarantees the rights and freedoms of citizens. Legal responsibility is considered as one of the types of social responsibility. The sphere of its implementation is society, and its implementation ensures the social order of the state and guarantees the protection of the legitimate interests of citizens.
