Korolchuk B. Features of legal regulation of police work

The dissertation research is one of the first complex researches of the general and special legal conditions of realization by police officers of the right to work where the number of theoretical and practical positions and recommendations on perfection of the legislation regulating work of police officers in Ukraine is formulated. The paper summarizes the theoretical positions on the definition of the legal nature of police employment. The content of the legal status of the police officer and the National Police bodies as participants in official-labor relations is revealed. The procedure for concluding an employment agreement (contract) with a police officer is described.
