Kolisnyk R. Organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of enterprise development.

Object of research: state regulation of enterprise development. The purpose is substantiation of theoretical bases and development of practical recommendations on improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of the enterprise development. Methods: general scientific; hypothetical-deductive method of the methodology of the thesis research formation, deductive proof of the proposed research hypothesis, structural-functional analysis, a number of comparative methods, statistical method, prognostic method, theoretical-conceptual method. Results: solved the scientific task of the theoretical foundations development and scientific and applied recommendations substantiation for improving the organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of the enterprise development. Novelty: the organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation which provides the competitiveness of industrial enterprises regarding their scientific and technological potential, branch affiliation and territorial location through methods of quantitative and qualitative assessment of their market potential and competitive advantages, forms of their realization at different stages of technological changes in the national economy accounting for the growth of its absorption capacity and the implementation of large-scale sectoral and regional modernization plans has been substantiated; improved: the methodology of organizational - economic mechanism of state regulation of knowledge - intensive sector of economy on the basis of the comparative analysis of domestic industrial enterprises from the point of view of modernization possibilities, a quantitative assessment of prospects of its realization and influence on formation of new interbranch technological clusters and global markets; areas of effective state regulation of scientific, technical and industrial policy of the state related to institutional and financial and economic support of priority development of knowledge-intensive, high-tech industrial sector in the medium term, as a basis for changing global specialization of national economy from simple to more complex forms of international integration, exchange of products and services with a high share of value added; approaches to assessing the organizational and economic mechanism of interdisciplinary technological clusters as a process of replacing “mass” resources in the technological structure of national industry based on the proposed mathematical model, and quantitative and qualitative assessment of the role of knowledge-intensive industries and high technologies in modernizing the real sector; mechanism for realizing the competitive advantages of industrial enterprises, based on intersectoral technological clusters and other results of scientific and technological progress, which will accelerate the modernization of industry and increase the competitiveness of products, national producers, regional economic complexes and the national economy as a whole.
