Korenkova V. Administrative and Legal Frameworks of Coordination of Activities of Executive Authorities in the Field of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration

The thesis paper deals with the definition of the nature and features of administrative and legal frameworks of coordination of executive authorities’ activities in the field of European and Euro-Atlantic integration. This thesis shows the theoretical generalization and new scientific task solution, which is to define the nature and features of administrative and legal frameworks of coordination of the activities of executive authorities in the field of European and Euro-Atlantic integration, based on the review of scholarly views and current legislation, and on the basis of generalization of positive native and foreign experience to develop relevant proposals and recommendations, aimed to improve the legislation in this area. The executive authorities have been characterized as the subjects of implementation of the state policy in the field of European and Euro-Atlantic integration. The essence, content and features of coordination of the activities of executive authorities in the field of European and Euro-Atlantic integration have been determined. The legal frameworks of the coordination of the executive authorities’ activities in the field of European and Euro-Atlantic integration have been described and the place of administrative law regulations among them has been shown. The content of the administrative and legal status of the Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration has been clarified. The levels and directions of the coordination of the executive authorities’ activities in the field of European and Euro-Atlantic integration have been emphasized. A range of forms and methods of the coordination of the executive authorities’ activities in the field of European and Euro-Atlantic integration have been clarified. The characteristics of the control of the executive authorities’ activities in the field of European and Euro-Atlantic integration has been defined. The perspective ways of the improvement of the administrative and legal frameworks of coordination of the executive authorities’ activities in the field of European and Euro-Atlantic integration have been determined. The foreign experience of European and Euro-Atlantic integration has been generalized and the possibilities of its implementation in Ukraine have been analyzed.
