Theoretical generalization and new scientific task solution, which is to define the nature and features of unity and differentiation of legal regulation of the work of seasonal and temporary workers, on the basis of a review of scientific views, the current Ukrainian legislation, and practice of its implementation, and to define the most promising directions for improvement of general and special labor legislation in the relevant area, proceeding from the positive domestic and foreign experience, have been shown in this thesis.
