Orlenko I. Organizational and economic tools for preventing bankruptcy of construction enterprises

The thesis is devoted to solving an urgent scientific and applied problem of improving scientific methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the formation of economic and managerial foundations for preventing bankruptcy threats and their interpretation regarding the specifics of the operating activities of construction enterprises as executors (stakeholders) of construction and investment projects. Innovative analytical technology for diagnosing the state of rehabilitation capacity of construction companies, which is adapted to the economic and functional features of the construction project environment as a unique (in economic, product, technological, geographical or other characteristics) segment of the contract market. The criterionparametric base, regulations and scale implemented in this technology provide processproject localization according to the degree of determination of the level of economic stability / threats of bankruptcy by institutional subjects and executors of the construction project.
