Essay

The thesis is devoted to composing of novel models of static stress-strain of lap adhesive joints. These models allow to get new analytical solutions of engineering problems. Selection of goal is stipulated by demand of manufacturers to determine influence of mechanical and geometrical parameters of joints on their stress state, to clarify mechanism of joints failure, to reveal ways of joints load-carrying ability increasing etc, that finally leads to improving of Ukrainian aerospace products competitiveness. Novel models of static stress-strain state of adhesive joints are composed and current models are developed. Analytical solutions of novel problems analyzed in the paper are obtained. Analytical solutions got were compared with numerical solutions o these problems by means of finite elements method. High efficiency and adequacy of suggested in the paper models of static stress-strain state are proved. Results of the thesis were implemented in State Enterprise «Antonov» and in educational process of National Aerospace University "Kharkiv Aviation Institute".
