The object of research - the development of environmentally friendly systems to protect hops from major pests and diseases. Purpose - to develop an environmentally friendly system of protection against major pests and diseases of hops in Polissya, Ukraine. Based on the study of the species composition of pests and pathogens, their development depending on environmental factors, the effectiveness of protection is a scientific task - the implementation of environmentally safe control of pests in the agrocenosis of hops. The species composition of pests and pathogens of hops according to the phases of its development in agroecosystems of hops in Polissya of Ukraine is specified. The dominant species of phytophagous (alfalfa weevil, hop aphid, spider mite) and diseases (false powdery mildew, fusarium wilt) were determined according to the phases of culture development and biological and ecological systems of hop protection were developed and substantiated, based on scientific basis with increased resistance to them, the rational use of biological, chemical plant protection products and their mixtures, which significantly limit the development and spread of pests, and help improve the ecological situation in the region of hop growing and the environment in general. Biological and green systems reduce the cost of pesticides by 25-30%, increase plant productivity by 5-10%, allow to obtain environmentally friendly and high quality hops. The dynamics of development of the main pests and diseases of hops depending on abiotic factors in Polissya of Ukraine is investigated. It was found that the increase in temperature by +1.5 oC in the Polissya region of Ukraine significantly affected the number of the main phytophagous insects of hops - alfalfa weevil, spider mite, hop aphid. The effectiveness of modern plant protection products against the main pests and diseases of hops has been established, taking into account environmental aspects. Developed green system of protection during the growing season controls the development and spread of pests and diseases of hops at 84.2-95.4%. It has been found that the protection of hop plantations with biological products or the reduction of pesticide application rates when used together with biological products leads to a reduction in the pesticide load on the agroecosystem. Differentiation of the studied genotypes made it possible to identify a group of breeding numbers with genetic potential for resistance to major pests and diseases, which allows detailed analysis of breeding pedigrees of the best genotypes to form a database of indicators of resistance to pathogens. The biological system of hop protection, which was based on the use of biological preparations, infusions of insecticidal plants, glue traps, stabilized the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in the soil over a five-year period. Key words: agricultural ecosystem, hop, environmental feasibility, ecological factors, pests, diseases, phytosanitary monitoring, methods, plant protection agents, tank mixtures, protection systems, economic efficiency.
