Essay

The dissertation deals with the scientific basis for the regulation of social relations that arise during the assessment of the subjects of the insurance market of economic processes, the functionality of the economic security system. The system of subjects of insurance legal relations involved in the sphere of economic security of Ukraine is defined, the concept, purpose and tasks of risk assessment in the economic sphere of life of the Ukrainian society are formulated. The available approaches to the classification of criteria for evaluating economic processes in the sphere of economic security of Ukraine are revealed and the system of evaluating the effectiveness of the subjects of insurance relations in the aspect of economic security of Ukraine is characterized. The essence and types of administrative and legal forms of assessing the effectiveness of the subjects of insurance relations, whose activities are related to the sphere of economic security of Ukraine are determined. The application of scientific methods of cognition contributed to the identification and characterization of organizational and legal mechanisms for registration of insurance risks to the sustainable functioning of the economy and their evaluation. Propositions to improve the mechanism of organizational and legal regulation of the subjects of insurance relations in relation to responding to threats identified in the insurance process to the sustainable functioning of the economy, economic security of Ukraine are developed.
