Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the complex scientific analysis of administrative coercion in activity of bodies of customs service of Ukraine. It is stated that the regulation of administrative coercion in the activities of the customs service of Ukraine, the grounds, conditions and procedure for applying measures of influence is carried out by administrative law, and the application of these measures is regulated not only by legislation but also by a number of bylaws. Measures of administrative coercion are quite diverse, they can have the character of moral, organizational, legal, property, personal or other influence.
