Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of theoretical and practical questions of administrative and legal regulation of intellectual property as the basic element of innovative activity. Emphasis is placed on the close connection between the development of information technology and challenges for the protection of intellectual property, this issue is considered in the context of administrative and legal aspects of such protection. Proposals aimed at improving administrative and legal acts in the research area have been formulated.
