The dissertation is devoted to the complex administrative law characteristics of the activity of public authorities in the field of administrative services. The experience of foreign countries in the field of administrative services is generalized; the expediency of using information technologies as a factor in improving the quality of administrative services is substantiated; the issues of the administrative-law mechanism of ensuring the activity of public authorities in the field of providing administrative services in the context of European integration processes are covered. Proposals aimed at improving administrative law acts in the research area have been formulated.
