Chychyrkin A. Interaction of an investigator with expert units during investigating of road code violations and traffic exploitation

The dissertation deals with development of theoretical approaches and forensic recommendations for interaction among the investigator and expert units during the investigation of violations of traffic safety rules or traffic exploitation. The forms and types of corresponding interaction have been established, as well as its principles. The stages of interaction among the investigator with experts during the crime scene inspection have been grounded as well as expertise appointments and their conduction, forensic experiment while investigating traffic code violations or vehicles exploitation. The possibilities of using forensic accounting and information retrieval systems of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine have been shown during investigation of violations of traffic safety code or its exploitation. The main approaches of the interaction between the investigator with an expert in conducting an investigative experiment in the study category of criminal proceedings have been analyzed. The interaction of the investigator with expert units in preventive activities on accidents has been revealed, it is recommended to unify the form of documents based on the results of measures to identify the causes and conditions for committing criminal offenses, in particular during investigation of violations of traffic safety code or traffic exploitation.
