Leshchyshyn R. Administrative and legal bases of strategic planning in the public sector

The dissertation is devoted to a systematic study of strategic planning in the national doctrine of administrative law. Conceptually new approaches to improving strategic planning in the public sector, solving important theoretical and applied problems in this area are proposed. The genesis of the development of strategic planning in the prism of the circumstances and reasons for its occurrence in different periods of the formation of socio-economic development and the existing normative legal acts aimed at regulating such processes has been investigated. Considerable attention is paid to the subjects of the implementation of strategic planning in the public sector. It is emphasized on the prospects for improving strategic planning in the public sector from the point of view of Ukrainian legislation.
