Cherniavska O. Administrative and legal aspects of proving in cases of violation of customs rules

The work is devoted to the study of administrative and legal aspects of proving in cases of violation of customs rules. The dissertation covers the genesis of scientific thought on the implementation of proving in cases of violation of customs regulations. The development stages of scientific thought are singled out, and the characteristic features inherent in each of them are determined. The research substantiates the existence of a separate institution in the legal doctrine – proving in cases of violation of customs rules, which is a system of relatively separate from other and related legal norms governing the procedural actions of customs officials, courts and other entities to collect, fix, receipt, storage, evaluation of evidence, as well as their administrative and legal status.
