Lizhevskyi A. Public administration in social protection: theory and practice

This thesis research is one of the first attempts to consistently define the essence, system and structure, and peculiar features of the public administration in the sphere of social protection of population by applying current cognition methods with due account of the latest achievements of the administrative law science. The thesis has analysed the doctrinal sources pertaining to public administration in the sphere of social protection of population in Ukraine on the basis of the system approach methodology. Theoretical generalization and a novel solution of the scientific problem have been presented, in particular, the theoretical provisions have been substantiated and the practical recommendations have been developed aimed at improvement of the public administration in the sphere of social protection of population in Ukraine.
