In the dissertation, theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem regarding the definition of the essence and features of the administrative and legal principles of public administration in Ukraine, which allowed to formulate a relevant scientific concept, as well as substantiate a number of new provisions and recommendations for further directions and prospects for functioning and the development of the specified activity. The author's definition of public administration in the field of pension provision is formulated.
