Pylypiv V. Administrative regulation of the Ukrainian local self-government system’s functioning

In the dissertation the scientific task is solved, which is to assess the current state of administrative regulation of official relations in local governments and to formulate proposals for further improvement of certain regulations on this issue. The current state of administrative regulation of official legal relations in local governments in general is analyzed, including the features of administrative regulation of official legal relations in local governments by the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine of 1996, focuses on legal positions set out in the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, concerning service in local self-government bodies. The author considers the Laws of Ukraine, the provisions of which are aimed mainly at administrative regulation of official legal relations in local self-government bodies, as well as by-laws of the national level on the analyzed issue.
