Dovhan Y. Administrative law support of consumer rights in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of administrative and legal support of consumer rights in Ukraine. The source study of the study of administrative and legal support of consumer rights in Ukraine is outlined, the methodological basis of the study of administrative and legal support of consumer rights in Ukraine is formed, the concept and content of consumer rights and their classification are revealed, international standards of consumer protection are analyzed. The genesis of development and the current state of legislation governing the protection of consumer rights are determined, the activities of executive bodies to ensure consumer rights in Ukraine are characterized and their powers and competence are defined, the role of local governments as subjects of consumer protection is revealed, administrative responsibility is analyzed as a means of consumer protection. Consumer rights in the context of e-commerce development are traced, proposals are made to improve the legislation regulating the sphere of consumer rights.
