The dissertation is devoted to the complex administrative-legal characteristic of activity of administrative courts of Ukraine in modern conditions. The source and methodological basis of the study of the activity of administrative courts of Ukraine is analyzed. The place and role of administrative courts in the general judicial system of the state are clarified. The basic principles that determine the special status of administrative courts are considered. Trends in the development of legislative regulation of administrative justice are analyzed. The place of the court in the system of alternative ways of resolving disputes in the public sphere is determined. An analysis of organizational issues of administrative courts in the context of the use of information and communication technologies.
