Purpose: substantiation of the economic content and functional purpose of tools for price risk management and development of scientific and practical recommendations on the prospects for the use of grain futures in the organized market of agricultural products. Object: the process of organizing and using risk management tools in the organized market of agricultural products. Research methods: analysis and synthesis; monographic; abstract-logical; statistical and economic; comparison; modeling; technical and trend analysis; correlation analysis. Theoretical results: a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific and practical problem of organizing and using risk management tools in the organized market of agricultural products. Practical results: can be used to further deepen theoretical research on the problem of risk management and consist in the development of scientifically sound proposals for risk management in the organized market of agricultural products.
