The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of the approaches available in procedural science to definition of signs, essence, concepts, legal nature of the administrative-legal status of the jury in court. Scientific approaches to determining the content of the administrative and legal status of the jury are systematized by distinguishing three groups of research by subject-industry criterion: the subject of which is the jury; conducted in the fields of constitutional, administrative, civil procedural and criminal procedure law; research of categories that form the concept of administrative and legal status of subjects.
